Getting Started
Common rejection reasons and how to appeal.
All submissions go through moderation before going live. If your listing was rejected, this page explains the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Descriptions, tags, or categories that do not accurately reflect the server or realm will result in rejection. Keep everything honest and up-to-date.
Servers require a valid IP and port. Realms require a valid Realm code. If players cannot connect using the provided details, the listing will not be approved.
If your server or realm is not yet open to the public, enable the Coming Soon toggle when submitting. This marks your listing as coming soon and makes join info optional. Your listing will still be reviewed and approved, but players will see it as not yet available.
A few words is not enough. Descriptions should give players a clear idea of what to expect: gameplay style, community tone, features, and rules.
Phrases like "BEST SERVER EVER" or "100% NO LAG GUARANTEED" are considered misleading. Write descriptions that inform, not just advertise.
Listings containing inappropriate content, malicious links, impersonation, or hate speech will be rejected and may result in account action.
Each server or realm may only have one active listing. Submitting duplicates will result in the duplicate being removed.
If your listing was rejected, you can update it and resubmit from the dashboard:
Listings with significant changes will go back through the full review process.
If you believe a rejection was made in error, contact us at [email protected] with the listing name and a brief explanation. Include your account email so we can look up the submission.
Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
