What is SuperNetwork?
SuperNetwork is a community-run directory for Minecraft servers, realms, hosting providers, services, and addons. Every listing is reviewed by a real person before it goes live.
Is it free to list my server?
Yes - submitting a listing is completely free. There are no pay-to-rank spots or hidden fees. Visibility is earned through community votes, not your budget.
How do I submit a listing?
Sign in to your dashboard and click 'Submit a listing'. Fill in your details and submit for review. Most listings are reviewed within 24 hours.
Why was my listing rejected?
Listings can be rejected for incomplete information, low-quality descriptions, or policy violations. Contact support and we'll explain the specific reason.
How do I edit my listing?
Go to your dashboard, find your listing, and click Edit. Changes to core details may require a brief re-review.
Can I list both Java and Bedrock servers?
Yes. You can specify which editions your server supports when submitting, and players can filter by platform on the Discover page.
How do rankings work?
Weekly rankings are based on community votes. Each player can vote once per listing per voting period. Rankings reset weekly - all-time rankings accumulate permanently.
Can I vote for my own server?
Yes, but vote manipulation will result in permanent disqualification from rankings.
When do weekly rankings reset?
Weekly rankings reset every Monday at midnight UTC. Previous results are preserved as a snapshot in rankings history.
How do I reset my password?
Use the 'Forgot password' option on the login page. If you signed in with Discord, manage your password through Discord's account settings.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support via Discord or email. Note that deleting your account will also remove all your listings and vote history.
Can I link my Minecraft account?
No, we do not have any Microsoft account linking feature on SuperNetwork.
