How reports are handled and listings are reviewed.
SuperNetwork reviews every listing before it goes live. This page explains how the moderation process works, what moderators look for, and what happens after review.
When you submit a listing it enters Pending status. A moderator will review it, typically within 24–48 hours.
During the initial review, moderators check:
Approved — your listing goes live and appears in search, Discover, and Rankings.
Changes requested — the moderator has flagged specific issues. You will receive a reason and can edit your listing and resubmit from the dashboard. Minor issues are often resolved this way.
Rejected — the listing does not meet the requirements for approval. See Listing Rejections for a full list of reasons and how to appeal.
Moderation does not stop at approval. Any listing can be reviewed again at any time, particularly after a player report. If an approved listing is found to be out of date or in violation of guidelines, it may be flagged for changes or removed without warning.
Keeping your listing accurate and up to date is the best way to stay in good standing.
Players can report listings they believe violate our guidelines. All reports are reviewed by a moderator. Reports are confidential — the listing owner is not notified of who submitted the report.
See Reporting for details on how to file a report.
